Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods, there may be slight delays, but we’ll always keep you informed.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
Shipping Delays
Unexpected delays can occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or high-volume events. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please double-check your address details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us immediately at Islavistaoptical@gmail.com with your order number and details. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
