Directions for Use

1. Twist and pull the tab to open the single-use vial.
2. Instill 1–2 drops into the affected eye(s) as needed.
3. Discard the vial after use. Do not reuse once opened.

• Do not use if the solution changes color or becomes cloudy
• Avoid contamination—do not touch the vial tip to any surface
• Stop use and consult a doctor if eye pain, vision changes, redness, or irritation persist or worsen for more than 72 hours
• Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately

Storage Information

• Use only if printed tamper seals are intact
• Store between 15°C–30°C (59°F–86°F)
• Do not use if the twist-off top is damaged
