How to Use

  1. Remove the mask from the protective pouch and lay it flat in the microwave.
  2. Heat in an 800W microwave for 25 seconds.
  3. Carefully remove and test the temperature with your fingers before use.
  4. If the mask feels too warm, allow it to cool for one minute and test again.
  5. Place the mask over closed eyes and relax for 10 minutes.
  6. After use, store the mask in its protective pouch to keep it clean and ready for next time.
